By placing an order on santogames.cl, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement.
1. 📦 Domestic Orders (Chile)
1.1. Shipping and logistics
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers (Bluexpress, Starken, or others) depending on logistical availability. Santo Games SpA reserves the right to change the selected courier to ensure proper fulfillment.
1.2. Free shipping
Free shipping applies to orders equal to or above $60,000 CLP, subject to courier coverage and conditions.
1.3. Order processing
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary due to high demand, logistical issues, or force majeure.
1.4. Transfer of responsibility
Once the package is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping company.
2. 🎯 Preorders
2.1. Legal nature
Preorders are an advance reservation of products, not an immediate delivery.
2.2. Estimated delivery dates
Dates provided are estimates and may vary due to importation, customs, or supplier distribution timelines.
2.3. Early delivery
Early delivery before the official release date is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
2.4. Stock allocation
The purchase secures priority allocation of available stock, but does not guarantee full fulfillment in case of distributor reductions.
3. 📜 TCG Preorder Conditions
3.1. Stock reductions
Distributors may reduce allocated quantities. In such cases, Santo Games SpA may:
- Reallocate products proportionally, or
- Issue a full or partial refund
3.2. Reference information
Images, product details, and specifications are for reference only and may change without notice.
3.3. Cancellations and withdrawal rights
Cancellations are not accepted due to:
- Delays
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
Preorders are not subject to withdrawal rights under Chilean Law 19.496.
3.4. Out-of-stock situations
If the product cannot be delivered, a 100% refund will be issued.
4. 🌎 International Orders
4.1. General conditions
International shipping is subject to customs inspections, logistical availability, and destination country regulations.
4.2. Transit times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, inspections, or external factors.
4.3. Nature of service
The purchase guarantees stock and price, but not specific delivery timelines.
5. 📑 Duties, Taxes, and Customs
The customer is solely responsible for all import-related costs in their country.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.
If the customer:
- Refuses delivery
- Fails to pay import taxes
- Does not cooperate with customs
👉 No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
6. 💳 Payments and Fraud Prevention
6.1. Payment verification
Santo Games SpA reserves the right to:
- Request additional verification
- Cancel suspicious or potentially fraudulent orders
6.2. Unconfirmed payments
Stock is not guaranteed until full payment confirmation is received.
7. ⚠️ Anti-Reseller Policy
7.1. Service purpose
Sales are intended for end consumers and collectors.
7.2. Right to limit sales
Santo Games SpA reserves the right to:
- Cancel orders suspected of bulk resale
- Limit quantities per customer
- Block future purchases
7.3. Reseller indicators
The following may be considered reseller activity:
- Repeated large-volume purchases
- Use of multiple accounts
- Requests to manipulate invoices
8. 🚫 Chargeback and Dispute Policy
8.1. Customer agreement
By purchasing, the customer agrees that:
- The transaction was made voluntarily
- All conditions and timelines were clearly stated
8.2. Unjustified disputes
The following will be considered abuse:
- Claiming “item not received” when tracking shows delivery
- Disputing legitimate charges
- Filing claims related to customs duties
In such cases, Santo Games SpA will provide:
- Shipping receipts
- Full tracking history
- Delivery confirmation
to defend the transaction with banks, Mercado Pago, PayPal, or any payment processor.
8.3. Fraud or abuse actions
In case of abusive disputes:
- The customer will be permanently banned
- Legal actions may be pursued if applicable
9. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Santo Games SpA is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Customs holds
- Import fees
- Force majeure events

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without exception.
