At Santo Games, our preorder system is designed primarily for collectors who want to secure products from upcoming Pokémon TCG releases.

By placing a preorder, you reserve product availability and lock in the price at the time of purchase.

Please note that preorders do not guarantee early delivery. Orders will be shipped once the product arrives at our store from official distributors.

Depending on distribution logistics, orders may be shipped on or after the official release date.

If your intention is to receive products before the official release date, preorders may not be the best purchasing option for you.

Preorder Terms & Conditions – Santo Games

Estimated arrival window
Products are expected to arrive in Chile within the timeframe stated on the product page. Actual arrival dates may vary due to distributor schedules, international logistics, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.

Distributor allocations
Pokémon products are subject to distributor allocation. If our allocated quantity is reduced, Santo Games reserves the right to adjust preorder quantities. Customers will be notified immediately if this occurs.

Product images and information
Images, packaging, and product details are provided for reference purposes only and may change before final release.

No cancellations or change of mind
Preorders are final sales and cannot be canceled due to delays, price changes, or change of mind. By placing a preorder, the customer acknowledges that the product has not yet been released and agrees to wait until distribution is completed.

No right of withdrawal
Preorders are considered custom reservation purchases and are therefore not eligible for withdrawal or cancellation under Chilean Consumer Law (Law 19.496).

Refund policy
If Santo Games is unable to supply the product due to distributor shortages or cancellation of the item, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Preorder commitment
A preorder represents a reservation for a future product and does not guarantee immediate shipment.

Acceptance of terms
By completing a preorder purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these preorder terms and conditions.
