International Shipping & Import Taxes
Santo Games ships internationally from Chile. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Santo Games has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount that may be applied by customs authorities in the destination country.
If the customer refuses to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees and the shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities, Santo Games will not be responsible for any loss of the shipment or related costs.
Refused Shipments & Chargebacks
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of the shipment and paying any required import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their country.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or not claimed by the customer, Santo Games reserves the right to deny refunds or deduct the following costs from any refund issued:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost (if applicable)
- Carrier handling fees
- Customs charges or storage fees
If the shipment cannot be returned to Santo Games due to customs regulations or carrier restrictions, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a shipment that was refused, abandoned, or not claimed may be considered fraudulent behavior. Santo Games reserves the right to submit shipping records, tracking information, and order documentation to payment providers or financial institutions to dispute such claims.
