360 animals on large cards await Fauna players. In each round, a single animal is introduced by name and picture. The 2-6 players try to guess the animal's weight, length, height, tail length, and, most importantly, the areas on Earth where the animal lives. The early bird gets the worm: an area on the large map or a sector on the scales that is already occupied by a player token cannot be chosen a second time. When no player wants to place another token, the round ends and scoring begins. Tokens in the correct spaces score points for the corresponding player; tokens in the immediate vicinity of the correct spaces also score points. Tokens that don't earn points are temporarily out of the game, so the risk must be carefully considered. Next round - next animal - starting player changes. The first player to reach a certain total score wins (usually after 8-12 animals).
